The Saudi Edition celebrates the Kingdom’s culinary traditions through a sharing menu at attaché in the Diplomatic Quarter, available until October 31
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 2026 – attaché, located in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, has turned its rotating culinary series, attaché Cuisine, towards home with The Saudi Edition, a menu celebrating the dishes and regional traditions that define the Saudi table. Launched in September to mark the Kingdom’s 96th National Day, the limited-time menu brings together familiar Saudi flavours in a sharing-style dining experience and is available until October 31.
The Saudi Edition marks the sixth destination in the attaché Cuisine series, which has previously explored the culinary traditions of Korea, Peru, America, Portugal and Morocco. Each edition introduces a dedicated menu inspired by a different destination, reinterpreting its cuisine through attaché’s own approach while running alongside the restaurant’s regular menu.
For its first edition rooted in Saudi Arabia, the menu draws on the generosity and regional diversity of the Kingdom’s food culture. It opens with Black Hummus, Smoked Labneh and Hail Kubaibat, followed by Sayadieh, featuring sea bass served over caramelised onion rice, a dish associated with the Kingdom’s coastal cuisine.
At the centre of the menu is The Saudi Feast, a sharing spread of roasted lamb, mandi chicken and saleeg rice, bringing together flavours from across the Kingdom at one table. The meal concludes with Sidr Muhallabia and Sticky Date Pudding.
With previous editions exploring destinations around the world, The Saudi Edition brings attaché Cuisine back to the region, celebrating the dishes and traditions that have long shaped the Saudi table.
